We are a 501 (c) 3 tax exempt organization dedicated to helping people and their pets.
Mission Statement: It is the mission of the Pet Guardians to seek homes for pets that belong to patients who are sick or terminally ill. We will do our best to find safe homes for the beloved pets of our clients.
We are NOT a shelter or a boarding service. We are a rescue group that helps individuals find permanent homes for their pets. We are all volunteers.

As of 9/19/11, Pet Guardians will NOT accept new surrenders until our current pets are adopted. With limited help and support and no building to house animals, we can not take in more pets than there are foster homes. We will, however, continue to post pets that need help.
